I noticed a bit of difference when I borrowed my friends...I think they were the shark fins...anyway, I noticed a little difference, my rappy seemed to turn a little easier and they floated a lot better, nothing out of this world, but that's just been my experience...

I notice a pretty big difference. Less front end sinking, easier, sharper turning.

I didn't notice much of a difference. They are definately not worth the cash outlay if your only a casual duner.

I'm go'in w/ RAPTORAZ on this one.

I'm running mohawks, but only 'cause I had no other way of finding out for myself how a dune specific tire worked. For me and my skill/type of riding the knobbies would work just fine.

If your running an angled type rear paddle the stock tires will work fine.

If your running Haulers then a front sand tire is needed IMO.
I run Extreme Haulers & Mohawks, it's a great combo!!

One good thing about getting front sand tires is getting aftermarket rims with different offset. it widens the front end up a good 3-4 inches, not bad considering new a-arms are $600+.
