Default Raptor Intake Turbulence

Air box bases are cheap. I just cut my box off around the aluminum Pro Design flange and used some aluminum strap to support it. I feel that my filter stays cleaner not having the box to "trap" the dust around the filter. As for throttle response....not much different, but I'm stock bore and just a dumb farmer.

I also run the pro flow with a k&n with no lid. Im also using a stage 2 dynojet kit. Ive seen the turbulence thing being brought up a lot. But my raptor runs awesome, with instant response in any gear at any rpm's. Maybe im just lucky.

Hold your throttle in just off idle up to 1/4, it will probably sputter if you are having this problem. Most raptors do it a little bit anyway though
