no but alot of people on here know how fast his shee is and that is a good bike to compare with

 

Bigger- Dsmike was at Texas sand drags on friday night. His quad was absent. It is nice to have a raptor that has raised the bar. We have been looking at the back tires of 760's, turbo's and Dsmike for too long. But the last few few trips to Little Sahara i do not see much dune action with the fast DS's. I still like to trail ride myself. As a result i have removed my big cam and slowed down. Only takes a few hours to swap them out. No way you going to add tractor weights to the raptor. Drink less beer. Kelly's quad was the start of a new direction. Future 727 raptors will be built with that knowlege.. Dsmike was the first to go override tranny and take the trail out of it.



Scooby- No need to get bent. WE ALL now that you make monster power. Once you get your consistency down, watch out.

 

I read most of the posts on the bike and downloaded both videos. The first video didn't impress me, but I said nothing. I'm referring to 14mins post on Mon October 06, 2003 12:16 PM. That's the first time anyone posted they could outrun me with the bike. I was in NY on Monday, left Saturday night.

Scooby- you in new york now?? Go to the local track and post your times. We can nitpick the track you choose and internet race back and forth. It is cheap.

 

If you watch the tape I beat the banshee to the 300ft mark. He then beat me 3 or 4 bikes to the end. 14mins said The King Of The Hill was for the 4 strokes, not the 2 strokes.

You are compareing apples and oranges. Drag only bikes should out run play bikes.

I think everyone is making the mistake of comparing drag only bikes to built dune bikes . And that arguement isn't even worth argueing. Of course a Drag only bike should be able to take out a built dunner & if it dosent it's not much of a drag bike. It's all about variety, if we all had 300' drag only bikes or built dunners things would get pretty boring & we wouldn't have stuff to argue about LOL.

A 300' Drag only bike should beat a Built Dunner in 300'

A Built Dunner should take out a 300' drag only bike in a Hillshoot.


I do know one thing we all have in common , & that's the love of the Drag Race. It dosen't matter if it's on dirt, sand, 300', 660' or Hillshooting, it's all a blast. My advice is to line against anyone who will line up with you & let her rip. He11, I'll race anything thing from a Blaster, to a Cr@ycraft 730, to a Scooby or whatever, win or lose, I promise I will be having a good time.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
