I would up your pilot jets as well. Stock are #22 or .#22.5. I put in #25 pilots with a stock motor, Yosh complete, and airbox mods. It keeps it cool at idle, and when you chop the throttle at high rpm, the pilot is what is feeding the motor.... My mains are 160/165.
