I'm looking into getting a either a slip on or full system.I just wanted to know what everyone paid for their exhaust(full and slip on)?
One thing that has me stumpped and I can't find an answer to on the search is the power difference between the two.If I need the full I will get it but i've heard the larger diameter headers can actually make you loose power.

$490 somthing Alba full pipe with disks, and pro design K&N filter with flange. Now you get their jet kit with pipe and choice of race tip or disks and the filter for about the same price or just a little more. Albas header is the same size as stock. The mid pipe is a 1/4" bigger than stock. With that said if you're not going alot past piped and jetted the Alba pipe will be fine and so will most of the slip ons. I might be past what the Alba pipe can handle or just at the brink. One day I'll get another and see. I'm leaning towards the sparks pipe for the next one.

 

I've heard Alba sticks out past the grab bar.Does yours?I've hit mine a couple of times and i'd hate to screw it up.

$200 for gyt-r slip-on...

 

160 for a E-series slip-on.

 

Your not gonna notice any drasitc differences between a slip-on or full system...so just choose whatever you can afford and be happy...

 

55 bucks brand new super trapp 4 inch universal from ebay.

 

It's very close. Probably 1/2-3/4" inside the end of the grab bar. I can stand the quad on end and the bottom edge of the disks just miss the ground. The race tip will probably give you a tad more room.
