Default New Carb or Port with valves?

I've got some spare cash just sitting here asking to be spent, so what do you guys think new carb??? or port and polish with oversized valves? I was thinking the most agressive port and polish I could get, or get something like the FCR's or whatever... need input

2001 Rappy ------------

dual K&N filters
Dyno jet kit (195:190)
web cam ...(high rev) i dont remember the grind and duration :-/
11:1 weisco piston
full big gun exhaust.

---------------Edit----------------
i accidently put a 6 instead of 5 in the main jets

You will probably not get any more power out of new carbs but it would eliminate the the problems from the slides bouncing around and better throttle response.

Default New Carb or Port with valves?

Well, i am hoping to make it down there with the quads in 2 weeks, but i may have to tow my parents boat down to california instead. This brings be to another question, ill be using a F350 to tow the boat, ext cab/bed do you guys think ill be able to fit the quad in the back, with a bed cover on it... I was thinking if i took the tires off and the handle bars maybe it would fit.

Related to this post, i think im going to go with the port and polish with the valves... I'm running out of jet sizes though
