Default What Are The Signs Of A Blown Base Gasket?

My Rappy seems to be leaking a little oil at the base of the cylinder, towards the back of the bike. It is not shooting out, just has dust sticking to it, and doesn't seem to be getting bigger. Have I done blowed my gasket?

erased

edit: I am really losing my mind

It does sound like a leaky base gasket.

Thanks LOWBOWTIE! I saw it on a old Fiat Dragster and loved it.

WallStreet, is there any kind of fastner near it? That might, possibly be the problem (loose, striped, or broken).

Mine is doing the same thing, Just a little bit of dirt stuck to it. Try like ward said and check the bolts and I wouldn't worry too much unless it really starts puking out oil.

Nope, it's right in the middle. Do you think the higher crankcase pressures from the N2O would cause this?

Possibly, but only if your rings are badly worn or your crabckcase vent is blocked.

It smokes a little on start up, but I don't think my vent would be blocked. I have it ran out the left side with a K&N filter on it. I do like 'ol Mr. Horsepower!
