I wouldn't suggest ugrading from a warrior to a 400ex... It's only slightly more powerful than the warrior. I also don't suggest sinking a crap load up money into the motor b/c it will take ALOT to make it run w/ a stock rappy. I suggest saving up, then sell the warrior and get a rappy, ds650, or a 'shee. For rock quarry's (hillclimbing and drags right??) go w/ the 'shee. For woods (not trails) go w/ the rappy. For inbetween those to go w/ the DS. Thats JMO though.

if you want to haul *** the warrior is alright but with a few mods a 400 ex can keep up with the best of them you can get a k&n powerkit, exhaust and drop down to a 14 tooth if you want to blow them off the line you should have close to 35 hp with all of them because mine was dynoed at i think 36 and all i got is a 14 tooth no hp gain acceleration gain though white brother e exhaust gets you close to 8 hp i think so now your up to about 34 and then get a k&n powerkit for 100 you should be at 35-36 now they will haul *** there and sell you warrior why would you need it ang get holeshot tires a 440 bore kit plus a reev limiter and a headers you will have anywere from 40hp-55hp i heard you get 50hp but i will wait till i see it.

warriorryder1999, Are you taling about getting 50hp outa warrior... It's possible but wont be reliable. The bored out camed, high compression warrior dyno right at 38-40hp (they only have 18stock!). 8hp from a silencer.. On a 4stroke.. Sorry thats not happening. Also a 14t on a warrior would be gearing it up 1t from stock which would HURT acceleration. BTW I read one of your post in the sport quad forum wher you cased out a 60ft. double and broke your collarbone... then a WEEK later you tried it again. Man, you must know some secret to healing bones that nobody else knows.. could you clue me in to this tip??

But really, try and use some punctuation in your posts, it makes them much easier to make some sense out of.
Rebel21: What Warrior620 said is pretty much right on. The 400ex is a good quad with alot of aftermarket support but a used Shee seems more what you're looking for.
good luck,

I'd stay with a warrior...there aren't much slower than a 400ex at all...and to be honest..I don't think you would notice much of an improvement....but that's just my opinion. I'd keep the warrior...and upgrade it...them things are awesome when upgraded.
