Default Banshee horsepower guesstimate

My buddy grenaded the motor in his Shee this weekend and is currently having a "Long Rod" built for it. The porting and head shaving is being done by KENZ(one of the best Banshee builders around). Along with the afformentioned items, he also has a boost bottle, reed spacers, FMF SST pipes, Vito's degree key, and dual K&N's mounted on the stock carbs. Anyone have a guess on what kind of numbers she'll put to the ground?

If done right, it will get over 60 rear wheel HP.

If it is a long rod and not a stroker or a long rod stroker then yes 60hp sounds good.
