Hey fellas sorry if this post has been done to death but which bike is faster in a 300ft drag??? Stock for stock, piped for piped?? No motor mods though

 

If 300 feet is 660 metres, then I think the Raptor would win. But the YFZ will beat it on take off.

 

The yfz would win stock for stock or piped for piped. Their just to quick to catch in 300ft

 

Yep....but put them in a 1/4 mile and they are neck and neck.....1/2 mile and the Raptor is ahead. The Raptor has more top end, but the YFZ is lighter, and gets through the gears better.

 

Does anybody know the conversino from feet to metres? I'll bet that over 600 metres, the Raptor wins.

you dont think that in 1/4 mile quads are maxed out...? thats quite a ways you know... up at the 1/8 mile drags here quads do like high 60's low 70's depending on quad... thats almost maxed... these quads dont have alot done to em tho.

 

Youd have to have a huge front sprocket and tiny rear gearing to not be topped out in a 1/4.
