I use the Alpinestar vectors, I bought these over the tech 8s because of the stiffness of the 8s. These are like a pair of house shoes with the protection of riding boots.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Timberland Work Boots steel toe or Wolverine outdoor boots.

 

I got a pair of Alpinestar Vectors and they are awesome, they are the best boot I have ever owned. I had Fox Formas before and they were great as well, but the older style latchs broke. I have never rode in the tech 8's so i can't compare but they were a little more comfortable for me.

 

Alpinestars Tech 8 hands down.Well worth the $$$.The new Oxstar Boot also kicks a**.

I like my Tech 8's but, Sidi and Gaerne are pretty darn good too!!!!!!!! One of these manufacturers should have something to your liking.

 

Gaerne Balance Pro-tect. I love em. Kinna pricey but the first boot I've found I didn't want to get off my foot the minute I put them on. I think they're really a trials boot, but perfect for ATV. There is some ankle flex and easy to walk in. Only three buckles. The sole has good grip on pegs too. Mine are on thier third year and are holding up great.
