Default Raptor backfires

I hadnt noticed but my quad backfires when I let go of the gas. Im riding around and let go of the gas still in gear and it goes Pop! What does this mean? It keeps popping until the rpms reach an idling level. I can probably get a good 7-10 pops from WOT to a complete stop.

CHECK YOUR INTAKE SYSTEM, AIR FILTER SEAL, BOOT TO CARB SEAL, BOOT TO AIR BOX SEAL. MY BUDDY HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH HIS RAPTOR ALSO, IT WAS THE BOOT TO CARB, LETTING TO MUCH AIR IN.
CHECK IT OUT.

Thats pretty normal on all raptors with aftermarket pipes on. Some are just worse than others.

Check that your joint where the slip-on goes onto the header pipe has no leaks! If so put high-temp gasket sealer on it and, re-tighten!

When I get up to the top of the dunes at dumont, ussualy revving it high full throttle, on the way back down it pops and stuff. I check the plugs and it looks fine. I think mine likes to backfire after she gets warmed up. I dont know if its bad or not :/

Mine cracks and pops and stuff as it idles down, but not a backfire.

More of a rumble. Like a Harley.
