Default Raptor steering question.....HELP!!!!!

have a problem guys , had a small accident and hit a tree doing about 15mph front bumper took most of the impact , It didn't feel like i hit the tree that hard but the right wheel skimmed the tree also. now i notice that when the handle bars are pointed straight the wheels are turned to the right., when i make the wheels straight the bars are pointed to the left, i checked everything as for any damage and there is nothing visable it is almost like my bars moved somehow could this happen? What could be wrong? is there a way i could straighten the bars? What is under the plastic cap under the handlebars is there a nut under there that could have gotten loose? please help i am sick about this and would rather fix it myself if i can thanks guys.

You could just set the handle bars so they are straight, and then adjust the tie rods until the wheels are straight as well.

just checked it out i notice when the wheels are pointing straight that the piece on the bottom that bolts to the steering stem is also straight, but when i point the handle bars straight the piece along with the wheels point to the right, could it be the steering stem?
