xr628 vs CR686 w/ knobbies @ 7800ft elevation race 1

xr628 vs CR686 w/ knobbies @ 7800ft elevation race 2

Mine is the Craycraft signature series motor without the valves.

The other bike was built by Bob Muzzy who built the fastest four strokes in the early nineties. This exact motor won the baja 1000 and dynoed at 69hp. This motor is built to put out 64-68hp @ the rear wheel. Very fast.

I honestly did not think my bike would be near as fast. The 350x frame is much lighter and my swingarm hurts me with knobbies.

I'm happy though

All you do is spin in that dirt, You should have alot faster holeshot than that. Maybe invest in some new tires? Nice vids though looks like a fun place to ride!

TJw6981 - My swingarm is a +6 that is why I am spinning so bad.

Cinders are extremely soft. They are much softer than dunes. And deep. Sometimes you will buy up on level ground unless someone has drove over that area before.

I don't wear a helmet when I'm messing around and racing like that. Can't see everything out of a helmet.

I've only raced a stock DS when my bike was stock. I've never raced a built DS. I will this Thanksgiving @ Glamis I hope.
