yzf 450 charging problem

i know of 3 ppl that just bought 450's and they all have charging problems. one dealer says there aint a recall. the other one has been in the shop for 2 weeks now does any one else have this problem or have heard any thng about this

any mods? I've heard of just some bad batteries or hard starting after cam mods...

i thought i had this same problem then i reliezed i left the key on and charged in and was fine. ruined a whole day of riding

My Bro's battery died, and the dealer warranteed it.

take it to a dealer for a warranty claim. it is a bad rectifor. many yfz's have this problem

hey thanks ill tell my buddies and ill ask the dealer a few ? then give him a few answers. maybe they will be on the trail soon enough dusting me on my warrior.
