The Scrammy does 38hp stock..guessing around 45-48 now. Once I get the bore, head, 39pwk, and V force reeds it should be around 60 maybe more.

lmao imback is right. horsepower is horsepower. a 75 horsepower shee would leave a 45 horsepower raptor in the dust.

There is no way that HP is HP in a drag race. A 400 Trailblazer is advertised at 60 some HP with just a pipe and we all know it isn't nearly as fast as that sounds.

That auto is killing 30 HP ? Cause a Trailblazer with a pipe is as fast as what, a stock Rappy? Maybe? That's a 30 HP difference there, mid 30's to mid 60's.

me too. and horsepower is horsepower given that both bikes weigh the same, the driver has control of the powerband, and gearing on the bikes is the same.

thomez what are you talking about
70hp shee to beat 45hp raptor......huh. you don't really believe that do you
yes two strokes have virtually no bottom end torque, but total hp is total hp

2 strokes are all about peak HP, they make it for an instant.

4 strokes pull more HP throughout the powerband.

Let the guys get on here with 50HP Raptor 690's and tell you how many huge HP Banshee's they seek out to drag.

i just thought i would try to help clear this up! i have what i consider a very competitive raptor( as far as horsepower etc...) as most of the guys on here! im not bragging about that previous statement but just trying to help! all my other buddies ride drag shees in the 70-130hp range and i can run with the true 350 banshees that are drag ported(cpi's,v-force reeds,35.5 alky converted mikunis,etc...). but anything more than that is another story! (7MM stroker bikes, triple ports, t-rex etc!!!)>

In short.....one of my buddies is running very comperable horse power with his shee as i am with my rappy and we trade wins....but on different conditions (dirt, sand) thats when the differences come in!
