Default Yamaha warrior help

What is the name of the part where the exhaust header come out of the cylinder head. I need a new one. My bolt broke up in the engine.

I think you are talking about the studs. They are removable and you can buy new ones.

Yea i know that those are there. I broke the one off in the engine and i was wondering how to get it out and what the name of it is where the bolts are so i can buy a new one.

EZ out. Gonna have to have the head off probably to do it right unless its right close to the surface.

Default Yamaha warrior help

The bolt is already broken off in the head. I tried to tap it out. But it didnt work. Do i need to buy a new head or is the a couple of certain parts that i can take off and replace. If so what are the names of the parts so i can look them up.

just keep trying to tap it out and if all else fails put in a helicoil or timesert, maybe even tap it for a bigger stud.

If i take it to a atv repair place how much will it cost to have it heat coiled?

Depends on if they have to take the head off or not. If they do it would save a good bit of money if you took it off ahead of time. Its not something thats hard to do though. You need a set of taps and a helicoil kit to fit the stud. If your good with a tap im sure it can more than likely be done with the head on.
