So anyway to make a long story short, I rebuilt it cause it ran like crap, So i put it back together and got it started and my rad was steiming still, I cleaned my rad really good with hot water befour I put it back in, this is like 3 days befour I got it running. So i took my waterpump apart and it spins fine and its not broken???????? Does anyone have any info for me

Did you put the hoses back on in the right places? reversed?
How does the water pump impeller look? mine melted with time...went to prodesign.
Is there a good seal on the head? any coolant in the oil?
Does the radiator cap fit properly? in working order?
Is there enough coolant in the bike? don't forget to fill the overflow?
Is the exhaust system hitting the head? or any other point other than the mounting points?

just some things off the top of my head I would look for.

Good luck
