Default Reliability of a 727

How reliable is the 727 with cam, valve springs, new rod, port/polish, and fcr's?

if you get the crank balanced properly, I wouldn't think that it would be any less reliable than a 686.

I would say a 10:1 727 would be a little more reliable than a High comp. 686.
