You can get a Alba Stage Three Kit. That includes K&N Pro Flow kit, full system, and jets.
You could also port and polish your rappy and get some good power gains.
You can change the piston to a 10-1 or 11-1 and get a stage one hot cam and not change the valve springs, or you can get stage two cam and change the valve springs.
The alba system is $600 shipping and all.
Port and polish is around $350.
Piston and Cam is around $400.
So there are several mods that will get you a lot of power. Get them all and your looking around 55hp.

What paddles do you run? I'd highly suggest 8 paddle haulers for a stock or near stock machine. The right tire can make a huge difference. I'd also put dune tracker (ribbed) tires on the front and the widest offset wheels you can. That's the first thing to worry about on a duner. Next go with the 12T countershaft sprocket and you'll be able to climb pretty much anything you point it at. I'd also consider a swingarm extension, mine's a 4.5" JTM and the added stability makes hillclimbs much less intimidating.
