Default What would i need to do to my blaster to make it go about 65 MPH

i am looking into buying a cheap 200cc Jet dirt bike from ebay. they are brand new and are like replicas of name brand bikes. they say they will go 70+ mphs. i sent an e-mail to the buyer asking if that was true. i asked of they would go that fast on a smooth surface with an average size rider. they said it should easily go 70 mph. they are new bikes,200cc, 4 stroke, and i weigh 175 lbs. do you think they actually go 70 because i need one for highway use and i don't want to wrap it out going 55-60
what do you guys think?

No, thinner the tires mean a higher top speed. maybe by just a little like 2 to 3 mph more top end, but yeah.

I put a Banshee carburetor on 98 Yamaha Blaster, VForce 4 reeds, Bill'sł performance pipe, cylinder has boyesen ports and polished exhaust port with stock sprockets, piston, and head. It has 22" tall rear tires and it really rips especially when you ride it like your trying to blow it up. I've had it doing 58 mph in 5th gear It can do 65 mph on flat ground. Pump gas 93 octane mixed 32:1
