I did once but didn't even realize it. I was riding in a gravel pit that we had had permission to ride in but it had changed ownership and I didn't know it. I guess the new owner, instead of comming to talk to me, called the sheriff. The sheriff's car was pulling up just about the time I was done riding and heading back on the trail to my house. I didn't even see him trying to keep up to me on the dirt roads. About the time I pulled into my drive way is when I saw him flying down the road with his lights on. When he came pulling into my drive way the Oh **** light went on. We was real cool about it though. He new everyone rode out there and I guess the new owner was a real pain in the a$$. He told me about the change in ownership and that we couldn't ride there any more. But he was more interested in the Raptor. He was looking into buying a quad and wanted to know everything I did to it to make it fast. He ended up buying a Z400 and now we ride together once in a while.
By the way, the guy that bought the gravel pit went bankrupt and new owners let us ride there again.
Give the cops a break, not all of them are dicks.
