Does anyone have a tech manual out there for this mini quad? I could use some help as to where the timing marks are supposed to line up. Any help appreciated. If a pic could be scanned that would be great. Mid 1980's Yamaha Motor 4 YFM80U.

Weird...What do you mean you only get spark for a second? As in a quick flash? I assume you don't have a tech manual?

Hi this is charlie and I read your letter about the yfm80. Did you ever find out the timming marks and how to time ? If you did can you send them on to me? thanks!!! We got a 1985 model and the kids have a great time with it but just recently they run it very hot thru a big puddle and now it sounds as if bogging back thru the air filter at just above mid range rpm? any ideas ?
