Buddha,
I'm planning on a similar install - I've already fabbed up the light bar and the Hella lights come with a complete wiring kit with fused relay - very nice set-up.
I'll keep ya posted.
Thanks, Eric

PIAA has that new bulb out that just replaces the bulb for your stock lights. They are an HID light...don't know the price but have seen then for about $60 a pair on e-bay. Draw 35W, put out 55W. The borich/smiley team had just those replacement bulbs in their yfz when they won 12 hours of america...no additional lights bolted on!!

be sure to mount that light bar so it has little to no vibration. i used a couple of teflon coated clips to the bumper then mounted them to the light bar ( an angled piece of 1 inch aluminum) and it's solid and works great.
how much did those hellas run you?
my whole setup ran about 70$ cdn including relay and harness.
