Did you align the dot on the clutch boss when installing into the basket? Does the cable actualy pull and the actuator arm on the cover turn without bind?

yes lined up the dot and the arm moves but it's hard to get the clutch arm lined up with the line on the case cause in the manual it says to remove the engine( which is stupid if you ask me)

If you got the cover back on, which is the hard part. Then you can remove the retainer clip on the actuator arm, lift it up and spin it to where you need it to be then replace the clip so that those two marks line up. If you don't have the cover back on, it will go back on by useing the right angle and making a few funny faces. Also you need to have the bottom bolt installed through the case cover when putting the cover on cause that one bolt won't go in after the case cover is on.

No, they didn't. It would be sweet to have the covers like Banshees that you can just remove a smaller cover to change the clutch. Oh well.

The GYT-R clutch I put in and a few others would not disengage all the way the first hour or so of riding after that they were fine.

SixsixT, did you just replace the clutch plates and springs?

The marks on the clutch arm and the case cover didn't line up exactly on mine, the clutch arm had to be rotated so its mark was just behind the mark on the case cover. sixsixT is right, mine acted funny for a while but settled right down the first time I got it good and hot.
