There's a 50-50 chance i could be gettin a kodiak 450 for x-mas. The parents don't know if they should get one because we don't have acrage to ride it on. Can someone tell me the Iowa D.N.R rules regarding atv riding(street riding, dirt roads, ditch riding)?
