Default Bruin / Kodiac / Grizzly: Same sized frame?

Hi.

I am in the market for an automatic quad.

I notice that Yamaha says the new Bruin 350 shares the same frame as the Grizzly.

Is the Kodiac also based on the Grizzly frame?

My thinking, from an engineering viewpoint, is the Bruin should
last well with a smaller motor and less weight in a frame meant
to hold the larger load of the Grizzly. Over-engineered basically.

Anyone know if the Kodiac and Grizzly share the same frame?

Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Dave

Sorry guys.

I screwed up. It turns out the Bruin is based on the
Kodiac frame, not the Grizzly. Doh!

Still would be interested to hear what you think
of the Bruin vs the Kodiac.

Cheers!

Hi, The bruin and the kodiak have the same frame. The grizzly I believe has a bigger frame. It is 4" longer, 3" higher and 3" wider. My friend has a 400 kodiak and I have a 350 bruin. They are identical except the kodiak has more whistle's and bell's and has liquid cooling. The bruin has oil cooling. They both run great.
