On a blaster when you buy a toomey b-1 pipe kit u get the silencer, pipe, airfilter, and 310 main jet. Do u have to install the jet? if so how do you do it? thanxs

Default Jetting?

ya you need to put the jet it.. it gives it the gas it needs to run properly... dont ride it w/o switching jets... if you dont know how to jet you might wanna get a manual before you start tearing open up your carb... although i am sure some1 on here can walk you thru a blaster carb alot better than i can.

Loosen the two clamps that hold the carb on...remove the cap(top of carb)...unhook the fuel line from the carb...pull the carb from the boots. flip the carb over...take off the four screws on the bottom of the bowl.....remove the bowl (bottom of carb)...The main jet will be staring you in the face.
Use a hex drive to remove the stock jet...and put in the new jet. ....put back together avoiding any airleaks on the boots.

this is just the start...you may need to adjust the mixture. But get it running first and up to temp....Go through the gears...see how it reacts....does it rev right through the band to the top end? .......does it fall back to idle nice?

give it a try...don't pay someone to do this...the blaster is a simple bike to jet.
