i believe he wants to get somthin around the size of the raptor. or somethin big like that because he needs likes the feel of the larger ones. i just want to make sure that t would fit him good

Well...if he has ridden before and it was also on those quads. I would say get him a Raptor or a DS because that is what he is going to want or end up with any way. And looking at your sig I would say it'll be a Raptor [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

The only way to know is to go try them out. I'm 6 foot 210 pounds and my Raptor fits great. Of course any DS or KFX rider is going to say the same thing. It's all a mater of personal preferance. The one thing I would stay away from is the YFZ450. I have ridden one and it seemed very cramped for my size, but I am used to the Raptor.

whoever i was talkign to on aim ( who started this topic) didn't know what they were tlaking about first off they say you sit IN it not on it cuz the seat is lower than others [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

When I rode the YFZ I felt all bent over like the foot pegs and handlebars were too close together. Maybe if it had a little longer stem. But like I said, I am used to the Raptor and I didn't get a chance to ride the YFZ much.

ok why did you post that. you posted the same thing pretty much in an earlier thread. so do you guys think i should get him a Raptor, Warrior, or Banshee

I think for the type of riding he is going to do, a Raptor would be better. Not just because I ride one, but because it fits the description you gave of the type of riding he is going to be doing.
