Default Raptor Problem!!!

I have a White Bro's E-series Pipe on my Raptor. I'm wondering if taking all the discs off would result in ruining my rings or valve seals? I replaced them the begining of this summer and it already looks like a chimney. It seems to run better and sound better without the discs, so that's why I have them off. It mainly smokes on startup, which would be the valve seals, but my buddies said it still smokes a little while riding. What might be causing the smoking? Thanks
