does any one know how far out you can turn the fuel screws on a Raptor and still be effective? I've heard about 3-4 turns.

Between 1,000 to 5,000 feet elevation i wouldent go past 3 turns ,it's to rich, above that im sure you could go higher,at 1000 to 5000 i am out about 2 3/4 turns on both, used to be three before the motor mods..

I'm out 3 turns on #25 pilots now and it too lean. I was wondering it I could go to 27.5 pilots or try 3 1/2 - 4 turns out? What needle is in your bike 03? I still have the stock one on the third clip I may be moving it to the 2nd clip. I have a bad hesitation just above Idle to mid throttle.

What speed goodies do you have LOWBOW?
Have you tried adjusting the float level?

They say anything passed 3 turns you should up your pilot to the next size and start adjusting all over. Start with 2 turns and work you way up.

What Pat said is the general rule of thumb.
