Default Using Banshee Parts on Blasters

I was wanting to get a Dura Blue axle "+4", and came across a site that the 4" axle for the blaster is the same size as a stock banshee axle. Could I just not pick up a Banshee Axle off of ebay instead of shelling out for the dura blue one?

You shouldnt have to change anything like your chain or brake lines with a wider axle. now if you wanted a longer swingarm then yes. I think you can slap it right on but let me double check for you, I'll get back with you

If you have the stock mechaincal brake (02 and older) than you have to make some kind of a spacer plate to move the brake over a little...but if you have a 03-04 then you will have no prob.. and u have an 03.

um, it may be a good idea to grease the bearings when you put in the new axle. other than that, it should slide right in w/no prob. so overall, it just slides right in. now with the longer swingarm u have to have to make some things longer like lines and chain, i don't know the length of a shee arm but you could probably go to the yamaha website and look at the specs of a shee and figure it out.
