Riding the dunes, and the trails.

 

Raptor660 or DS would be the good choices for that

 

I say go DS650, had Rappy, and will never go back!


Hey, I noticed you were in Portland, you should go check out SK Northwest. They deal with only Bombardier. He should be able to get you into a regular DS for the price you are looking at.

 

if ur going to be trail riding ur going to need that reverse i had to use it alot on my tb250 while riding in trails

 

Raptor owner is about right. If you are a bigger dude, or just like a big cadillac, get a DS. They are nice for dunes and trails. Super plush, you can go faster sitting down on this quad than any I have ever ridden, its so smooth.
I personally would not buy a Raptor over a Z400, its just me personally, I am not a Rappy guy, I don't like the tall (vertically), narrow, and short (horizontally) stance of it. Its feels wierd to me. I do like its power though. I would bet a Rappy with wome width to it is just about perfect, I have not ridden one like that.
I really like the z400 alot. Thats what I would buy if it were me and I had that amount of cash to spend.

those are the only two that I would consider...........
I think the ds is a lil faster.......but I couldn't make myself spend that much money and something that d@MN ugly!!!!

 

the only thing i dont like about the ds is the weight...it would be a biatch to get that thing in the bed of my truck....

yeah for dunes i would go raptor but for trail i would go z400 i love our z400 and we used to have a raptor and it was hard to get on the trails it was to tall and it was geared to high and i dotn like the ds cause there ugly and i think thos front fenders would be broke on the firdt time out of course im not big on a candian four wheeler

 

I wouldn't go that far.. I think the Shee already took the flag on that one. You don't even need to start it up and you can tell it's fast.
