What can this do to my quad? I will be riding like this until the new one comes in (next week) . I think I ripped it when I rejetted. Its the black plastic thingie inside the carb, where the needle goes.

Cough up the bucks for a new one. I had to replace the one on my Wolvy after it had sat for a year. I think they are WAY overpriced. I gave $95 for mine. You can buy those diaphrams for Harley C.V. carb for less than half of that.
You may can try to seal it with some silicone. When mine was out the slide would not raise when you gave it fuel. I took the intake hose of the carb on the air box side and looked back in there. I could see that the slide was not opening up. Mine would still run but had no power.

I will be buying them on monday, but they dont cost $95, they are like $30 ea, so I will just get both of them and the PIAA lights as well. Hopefully I wont have any more problems with this thing.
