well how are you gonna be ridin?? fast? or are you just gonna cruise trails its hard to tell if its for you or not if you don't tell us what your lookin for outta it. they are fast tho.

 

I will be doing trails, some fast and some slow. There will be portions that are flat out straight-aways. I do plan on upgrading the skid plates.

You should look to add a pipe as well....that really wakes up the beast.

Get the Raptor, I bought a 04 LE and love it. I ride trails and it kicks a$$, does pretty good in the snow too!

 

Ok, but how about some of the negative things that I've read. Something about the trannys and another thing about the starters? Not sure if I was reading facts or jealous stories.

 

The tranny problem were on the 2001 raptors mostly but the Starter issue is true ive had too replace mine and my friends that have the raptors have had too replace theres too. But so the starter will last longer dont just turn it off for a second too listen too your buddies let it keep running it will make it last longer
