I didnt like it. First of all, the seat is TOO hard. Second, the handlebars hit my knee and last, the seat is too low or the foot peg too high that I feel that Im too cramped up. Im 6' 190lbs I dont know about you guys, but I wouldnt want to ride in an uncomfortable quad. I sat on a Z400 and it was WAY more comfortable, seat was really comfortable, handlebars are nice and high and its got reverse.

For those YFZ450 owners, how tall and how much do you weight? Do you like the seat? What bars did you get if you changed them at all?

I felt the sameway but the quickness, and acceleration changed my mind for me. I'm about 10 pounds lighter then you.

I would rather ride my bros 88 Honda Rancher all day than the YFZ. I love the seat on my bros quad, has a nice cushion, nice and wide and grips you nice and tight. The power might be there, but I wouldnt feel comfortable riding the YFZ. My fiance actually laughed at me when I sat on it, she said I looked like a those circuz bears riding those mini bikes. She even thinks I look funny on my Raptor, but shes a girl so I dont take her seriously

haha Hozed has a point the seat is rock hard. it is so small too but who ever i ask whos ridden a yfz say that they stand up when they ride. haha its so tiring standing up. also on a jump it feels like you break your back. would different shocks make a difference at all?

You rang?! I have yet to sit on one or ride one but I really want to! I haven't even gotten a chance to race one, I think I'd kick butt though.

Yeah the seat is pretty rough so is the suspension but the speed makes up for it ... besides you quit thinking about the seat when you catch a bug in the eye
