I had a grill on my Raptor for almost the entire 2 years I ran it and never over heated once and that with riding double through tight woods in the middle of the summer as well!!!

That grille is cool. Thanks for the info. I was just making sure I wouldn't over heat with my radiator covered up. I'll be making my purchase soon.

I have this grill on mine it lets it breath just fine. The only thing is it is thin and you have to take care when cleaning it not to bend the little flames. I do like it check my pics, you can almost make it out.

Another nice Raptor!
Thanks for the warning about the thin metal, and I'll get some pics in the next couple weeks after I order and recieve the grille. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't goin to cause any problems.

I made one out of aluminum screen door mesh, similar flow as aftermarket, and never had an overheating problem with my 686 even when re-breaking trails after a hurricane.
