Default cutting my plastics

I have a Yamaha Warrior and I want to cut my plastics. I never look at one up close to see how it is done. Can you try to tell me how to do it or send me some pics.

I used a grinder to cut about 1/4 in. away from where you want it then sanded it down with a disc sander. It took me a half hour. check the pics.

I lucked out and had ridges on top. I used the top of the fender as a guide. I did my buddy's 400 ex and we used masking tape to draw lines. You just have to eyeball them but w/ tape you can move your line. Grind pretty close to the tape, then sand down to the tape.

hey master not to bash or anything but your blaster aint that great, the warrior would probably take you and if yami would put more than 2 valves in the warrior you wouldnt have a prayer. Im not saying that your blaster sucks it is a good lil quad for what its intended for so just be happy with your ride and let him be happy with his.

I am so tired of these pathedic little kids coming on here and doing this all the time.

To get back to the question, I used a jigsaw and cut along the ridge of the plastic. Once its cut, smooth it out and make straight lines with a sander. You will love the way it looks with cut fenders, because, no offense, but those stock warrior fenders are some of the ugliest I have ever seen. They would look so much better without that inch or so that drops down and comes out along the outside.

If you follow a certain bend or ridge on your plastic would be the best way to go. Then you know everything will be even. Alot of people that cut plastic, put trim over the edges after the sand them. Sorta like the trim that people put on the door's of their vehicles. Smoothes the cut fenders out really good.
