Default Banshee Tranny Problems

Need some help. I bought my banshee awhile back and never thought to check the right side case cover screws. Well the other day when i was riding hard I guess all but 3 viberated out, I didn"t realize it until i was racing a Raptor and I couldn't go past second gear.
So I probably ran it with out tranny oil for awhile. Now the only way i can get into 3,4,5,6 is by reaching down and and pulling the shifter lever a couple times for each gear, so it does eventually go into and runs fine in each gear...Maybe this has happen to someone else and they can tell me what I messed up...and if someone with a little mechanical skills can fix it? THANKS!

HUUMMM, It does not sound good. Did it run out of oil, or was there still some left in the cases? You my have to diss. and inspect everything before you go do any more riding. That would be the safe thing to do.
