Any tricks to pulling the guts from the muffler assy.? I removed the bolt in the end of the pipe but it still won't budge.
TIA,

I don't have an answer to your question, but I do have a question for you.
How do you like your explorer in comparison to your wolverine?

I really like the Xplorer. It'll smoke the Wolverine in a drag and has a slightly higher top speed. It doesn't jump quite as well but has a nicer ride quality. The 2 stroke is much smoother than the 350 also. Much less engine vibration. All in all I'm real happy with it.

once the bolt is out the spark arrestor will come out. it is in there very tight. what i did was clamped a set of vise grips on the center hole and tapped the vise grips with a hammer. i actually left the arrestor out and as far as i am concerned i have achieved the same flow as an after market pipe.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll break out the vise grips and what happens.

I also used vise grips and hammer on mine, it still takes quiet a bit of effort though.
