When I start my blaster the motor sputters as if it has water in the fuel after a while it runs perfect. When riding last weekend it sputtered before it started and then rode fine until I went through a creek. Could this be a fouled plug or does it sound like a carb/jetting problem. The bike is completely stock and has stock jetting. If it does matter I do have a K&N filter opposed to the stock. I have another Blaster and this problem does not occur. What could be wrong?

when you change anything check you jetting.
The k&n is freer flowing so you need to rejet.

What could be another problem I actually rode it with the filter for a while, if this was the problem would it have taken 4 rides to begin acting up?

did you check your plug? Whenever my blaster starts doing this it's just the plug.

clean it up good then try it again

Question.
Lemme see how I can put this, wish I could put a sound file in hear so yall could hear it, or a web page so I could put it there, but hears goes.

Blaster has new pipes and been jetted, problem (if is problem) was before this also, have changed out plugs numerous times to see if it would fix.
The problem or sound is when I start it and run it for a while or for any amount of time it has a popping noise when idle or when in nuetral and rev up the engine and when idles down goes back to popping.
Not sure if this is a real problem or just the norm.

all those plugs you put in, were they gapped out right? If you need it the right gap is .07 to .08.(im not sure how many 0's to put in but its between 7 and 8)

Also it might be that you have your idle low enough that you would notice it. My blaster does the same thing and is a great bike with tons of power. When the RPM's go up you wont notice it because its going too fast. That probably isnt it though. If you could send me a sound file so i could hear the engine.
