I would start asking your friend for 80% of his paycheck too since its only fair and you are good friends.
Also I think your friend is ripping you off because this is an insult to the friendship, he should give you the Raptor.
He is no friend charging $1500

This fella's not too bright....... Good thing I don't know where he lives. I'd offer him $2500 for it and STILL make at least $2000 off it. Sounds bogus to me, but if your really telling the truth I'd go buy that thing today before he changes his mind. I still think this sounds like a tall(VERY tall)tail to me.......
