I have a manual here for the 83-85 YTM/YFM 200 and 225.

The valve specs are: intake .05-.09mm (.002-.004 in) exhaust: .11-.15 mm(.0043-.006 in)
The float height is 21.5 mm (.85 in)
Compression should be 128 psi (+ or - 14 psi)
Main jet should be a 117.5
Main air jet is a 1.7
Jet needle is 4DH11 on the 3rd clip position
Needle jet is a N-6
Pilot jet is a 20
Pilot screw is set at 2 turns

This is right out of the manual for a YFM200DXS. There are different settings for a YFM200N if thats what you have.
