Default Need Help With Raptor Stage 2 HotCam!

I just installed a new Raptor Stage 2 HotCam, my question is, the papers that came with it say not to use synthetic oils during break in time, is this extreamly important? also I am reading the paper and it says that this cam requires a new valve spring kit, wich i did install, but it also says that the center intake valve needs to be machined?!?! I have never read of anyone on here having to do that, DO I HAVE to do it? I also installed the lowest Comp Piston that JP makes, will I have to run race gas? I did start it and rode it up and down my drive way and it seemed to run fine...... If you have ANY input please let me know, might save me a few bucks! Thanks for all your help guys!

You should use regular oil to break it in, a little friction and wear is good for breaking it in.
If you ride dunes I would run at least a mix of pump gas and race fuel, 98 octane or so.
I have never heard of anyone having a clearance problem with the center guide, you should be fine.
