My electric starter is clicking and i think is because it is wet but i am not sure so if somebody could help, thanx

my neighbor has a 2003 warrior and when it clicks it goes dead soon after so it probably means that the battery needs to be put on trickle charger or a new battery needs to be bought.

 

if your battery is good then your starter is probably startin to g0

 

or maybe a loose connect

 

Use some jumper cables and jump the battery from a good one. Chances are that it will start, and you need a new battery.

 

Thanx all of u i couldn'tfigure it out cause i cleaned the connections but ya i will check that. but I think it might be the switch box cause that is wats makin the noise.

 

I think you are talking about the starter relay, what is making the clicking noise. Try using something to jump across the relay, it might have gone bad if its not the battery or connection.

 

ya just recharge the battery or in a worse case get a new one

 

If its doing it when you wash it or after a stream crossing its prob the same prob i had. I ended up going threw and cleaning all the electrical connections and putting dieelectric grease back in them to water proof them. But it would only act up like that when i went threw water or washed my quad. It was annoy to try and find.
