That's the problem, I'd put money on it. The other little jet in the left carb is for the choke.

 

My jetting didn't change much if any after a stage 1 cam.

Set the float level like explained and your problem will go away if every thing else is right. The floats are the most important part of tuning these carbs.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I would say 160-165 on the mains , and three turns out on the air screws.

 

i had it 160-165 but it was way rich

 

Yes too high is bad, it will cause it to run rich at the bottom end and load up when going up hills and doing wheelies.

so when i run the clear hose up side the carberator the gas should be even where the carb and the bowl mate
