And the guy is like 60 years old or something and his bones are so brittle from all the crack and meth and alcohol he couldn't fall of a step stool without getting hurt. (600lb banshee and 150MPH.... WTF!!!!!)
600lb? 150mph? HUH??

Freedom of the Press (or anything held in the Bill of Rights) is only related between the People and the Government. Corporations are considered "people" in a legal context. Now, between the people, anything goes. For example, dbeck can censor any of the posts on here. Edit them, delete them, etc. Doing so probably wouldn't be all that wise for him to do it in a business sense, but he could legally do it.

I emailed ABC last night at the link given earlier to let them know about my disatisfaction with their reporting and that they need to do better fact checking, or at least do some fact checking in the first place. I even kindly gave them links to Yamaha's website for information on the Banshee. Somehow I doubt that it will get through. Hopefully it will and they will have to correct their story. Maybe someone at Yamaha will send them a letter telling them they are wrong about the Banshee.

I would like to see the interview before I write anything. (I have read the little bit on the abc site.) I would also like to see the show on Tues to see what exactly happened during the accident. This way I can gather as much info as possible to back the point I would be trying to make. Just making the point that the weight and top speed were off isn't enough to defend our sport. Of course the MTV episode will be edited but it might show things that Ozzy did wrong during the short ride. Get all the facts and then write the letters.

This is certainly a slap in atvers face. You can guarantee tree huggers will use it as ammunition.

No kidding, this needs to stop. Someone needs to step and set the facts straight on ATV's once and for all

This was from an interview with ozzy

Osbourne now says his reckless ways are what got him trouble in the first place because he was not wearing a crash helmet while riding his ATV.
My head knows that I am 55, but my **** still thinks I am 21. I should have known better. Those bikes are for kids and for fools; they are bloody dangerous. But I've finally grown up. I'll never go near one of those damn bikes again."

Do you really expect Jack to even know any better about the mph's? He dropped out of school and he's from a country that usually uses km's and he just recently even got a drivers license. Plus he's a fat mop head..... I guess that wouldn't cause anything but he is a fat mop head. 150km is around 95mph so he might be exaggerating by only 20mph instead of about 75mph. ABC just doesn't know how to translate duh language.

I also mentioned this before- It is convenient that they have the abc show on a few days before the Tues. atv crash show is on. Why wasn't there a bunch of shows on when the crash happened? Now they're concerned?

As he has been so rightly called on this forum the "fat mop head Jack" was quoted saying his shee would run 150 MPH and weighed in at a wopping 600LBS. Now some have said he may have been missunderstood because he could have been saying 150KMH, but if this was the case the he surely would have used KILOS to discribe the massive weight of the special heavy weight and lighting fast Banshee of his. This whole damn family makes be sick, what is even worse is that they are put on TV for us to watch as if that would intrest someone with any family values at all. Hey this is just my opion, but then again I am 30 years old and have three daughters and a wife, but I'm still kicking a@@ on my Raptor.
