I'm thinking of selling my Quad and need help on what to ask for it. Everything that has been done to it was mdone by a local shop. Also I have every document showing how much everything was. Everything I have done to it is listed below on my profile also their are pics on my page. Any help would be great. David

P.S. I have Dyno sheets on it as well.

From my experience Sickone has pretty much nailed it on the head. People want stock quads when buying used. The common opinion being someone else did it, so I have no idea if it was done right or not. My opinion would be to take everything thats bolt-on and sell it out right. Motor-wise, unfortunately your never going to get close to what you've put into it.

 

I know I will take a loss because I have almost 12k in it Do you think 7 or 8k would be way off. Thnaks

I think 8 or 9 is a good starting point, ask what you want and let them talk you down. You never know what people want.

 

I would check for comparable quads in the cycle trader and see what people are asking for that much bling you added to your quad. Unfortunately, you wont get much of anything for all the add ons. Good luck though and have that line about driving it to church on sundays in your back pocket if anyone asks if it was ridden gently.

hmm let me think... its a real nice quad i estimate that if you clean it real nice and it looks real new with shiney parts (lol) i think you can bet on 9,000 or even 10,000 if you still have all your stock parts left then it would be more!! if i were you id try for 10,000 and then drop it to 9,000
