I say a Blaster. If 2-strokes aren't your thing, wait and get the Raptor 350.

Yeah .. as much as I dont' like what Yamaha did in creating the Raptor 350, I'd have to say get that one. No point to buy the old Warrior when a newer and improved version is on the market. You'll still have warrior reliability in the engine, but it will be lighter and better handling.

The blaster is also and excellent choice for you, since you seem a touch on the short side for 14, so unless you hit a big growth spurt you probably wouldn't outgrow a blaster in size. You can also take the savings over a 350 raptor and put into performance parts which will enable you to trash warriors and rappy 350's (assuming of course that the rappy 350 performance is going to be basically on par with the warrior).

I'd say go with whatever your parents decide to buy you.

You will have to rebuild a 2 stroke more often than a 4, but c'mon, it's not like it will have to be done every year. Look at the snow machines .. there's machines out there older than you kid still running strong without a rebuild.

Why'd you have to be ignorant and call the Warrior "louzy" btw it's spelled "lousy". The warriors will be running trouble free long after your DS has give up the ghost (not to knock the DS as they are an awesome machine). And if you want a drag .. come on with it. Let's set the drag distance at 100 miles. I'll stop and pick up gas for you along the way
