oh yeah and the extended warranty here was 687 dollars...but if I took it at the time of the sale the dealership offered it at 500 bucks.

I've had no problems with mine except for the freakin winch cable keeps binding and kinking....I use it to plow alot though...I plow small parkinglots , and have used the wheeler to haul a couple of trees out of the woods to a spot to cut and no problems...thats with all stock stuff....I also used the winch to get my father's truck unstuck in an ice storm....

Other then that...I love it....and I think honestly for cruising and workhorse...it's probably the best out there..

Well it will be used for fun and trails/mud only. Doubt I will ever use it for work.

26s are the biggest I can fit stock. without drivetrain wear or scrubbing.

What about the price for a 2 year warranty?

Also, what problems should I expect to encounter with the grizz.. I want to know common issues and as many negatives you guys can come up with.

Need info soon please guys! going next weekend when I have off to get one.

A good friend of mine has a 03 Grizz and he keeps breaking axles and I now understand that they put bigger ones in the 04. The other problem he has is with c.v boots, get yourself some GOOD boot gaurds for the front and REAR. I think that you can not go wrong with the Grzz, It looks like it is huge intil you go ridding with one and then you relize that it will go everywhere my Kodiak will go as far as tight stuff so size doesen't seem to be an issue! Unreal power, handles good, rides GREAT, lots of ground clearance, and a reverse rev bypass, That is one hell of a Quad! And I must say you are getting a great deal on it..........Get the check book and pen and go get yourself your new Grizz!!!!!!

i have a 04 grizzly 660 with 27 outlaws and it dosent scrub at all.i have broke one axle (r/r)but that was because a rock got stuck between the a-arm and the dna cast alum. rim.Im very pleased with the highlifter outlaws, when these wear out ill have another set.

btw i dont think they made the axle size bigger in 2004.

oh yeah the bigger the tires you put on it you will need to consider a cluth kit and a jet kit.i went from 67 mph to about 55 mph by putting the bigger tires on it but its worth it considering the aftermarket parts that can be purchased to fix the speed issues.i now can go places with my quad with confidence that i wont get stuck.

if you get the ext. warranty i would be cautious of any upgrades

P.S. I have 28 inch highlifter outlaws on mine with out having any mods. But the catch is you have to use the stock wheels to make them fit . ITP wheels have to mush negative or reverse offset.
